Simply fill out our quick online application and schedule a call with our team. Once approved, we’ll send you a link to set up your $150/month subscription and start your onboarding.
How fast can I get started?
Most agents are onboarded and active within 24–48 hours once paperwork is submitted.
Do I need to be in Texas to join?
Yes — our current brokerage license covers Texas. We operate in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Houston, and are expanding to more markets.
Do I need real estate experience to join?
Yes. Agents must have closed 3 deals in the last 24 months
Can I keep my own brand?
Absolutely. Many of our agents operate under their own brand while being “Powered by RealTech,” so you get the independence you want with the support
What’s the process to join?
Submit your application → Book a quick call → Sign our Independent Contractor Agreement → Pay $150/month via Stripe → Get access to all tools and start closing deals.
Do you offer in-person events?
Yes — we host regular networking events in Austin, San Antonio, DFW, and Houston.
Will I get help with contracts and compliance?
Yes — our broker and ops team provide fast, hands-on guidance with contracts, addendums, and TREC compliance.
Do you help agents find deals or leads?
We don’t provide leads directly in the base $150/mo plan, but you get access to our investor network, deal analysis tools, and training to find and close high-profit opportunities.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your $150/month covers all tools, training, and support. The only extra cost would be optional add-ons like transaction coordination or mentorship.
Is there a long-term contract?
No — you’re on a month-to-month agreement for the $150 plan. You can cancel anytime.
What if I close a big deal — do I still keep all my commission?
Yes. Whether it’s a $100K or $1M commission, you keep 100%. You only pay the flat monthly fee.
Can I wholesale as a RealTech agent?
Yes — as long as you follow TREC guidelines and disclosure requirements.
Do you offer E&O insurance?
Yes — we provide E&O coverage for our agents, with no additional monthly charge.
